RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Ojai Food Taxi is not affiliated with any of the restaurants in our network. We just deliver from their kitchens to your table! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Ojai Food Taxi Delivery Refunds
If unsatisfied with your delivery service, please contact us immediately at (805) 798-4446.
Please note that it is not possible to cancel your order once it has been submitted online or to the restaurant. An order may only be cancelled after Ojai Food Taxi's (not the restaurant's) promised Estimated Delivery Time + 15 minutes has elapsed.
To be eligible for a refund for your Ojai Food Taxi delivery service, your case MUST fall under one of the following categories:
i - Your restaurant order arrives late, 15 min or more past the Estimated Delivery Time.
ii - Your food order is NOT what you ordered.
iii - There has been food spillage while in transit.
iv - The packaging is compromised.
If your return/cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit according to your card issuer's policies.
Restaurant or Vendor Refunds
For your food or third party vendor quality concerns, please contact the restaurant, grocery store or vendor from which your order originated.
Unfortunately, matters regarding quality of food cannot be refunded by Ojai Food Taxi. This can only be resolved between you and the restaurant or grocery store. Ojai Food Taxi is an independent third party at your service. We will immediately work with you to resolve all of your delivery concerns.
If your return/cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit according to your card issuer's policies less the cost of the delivery service fee.
You will be responsible for paying the service fee if returning your purchase through our service. To return an item to a restaurant through us, please call us at (805) 798-4446.
NB: Restaurants' prices/menus change from time to time. Therefore, our prices are subject to change and you may be charged accordingly.
Return Policy For Groceries
Please contact us immediately at (805) 798-4446 if there is a problem with your grocery order. Ojai Food Taxi will refund the cost of any items that fall under the categories below. All refunds will be returned in the original method of payment.
i - An item NOT on your Grocery Order List
ii - An item past its expiration date
iii - An item damaged during transit
iv - An item that seems compromised or tampered with (e.g. a broken seal or a broken bottle)
